Organise a "Dress Down Day" at your business
A dress down day is a great way to raise money for the foundation.
Ask for a small donation from empoyees to take part - it is that simple!
You can even run competitions for the best dressed?!
Paris Smith LLP organised such an event - thanks to all those that took part.
Great South Run
We will be applying for places in the Great South Run 2009. The run is 10 miles
long and poses a challenge for non-runners and runners alike!!
